Y’all I am so excited to share this podcast episode with you all! I met the incredible Lauren Frontiera, of The Real Female Entrepreneur, in a Facebook group where there was a discussion about diversity and inclusion. Lauren reached out to me to continue the conversation via a coffee date and it was an instant connect and an incredible talk.
When she asked me to come onto the podcast to share our conversation with her community I was super nervous. I kept thinking what if:
But the more I thought about it and prayed about it the more I knew I had to do it. I so strongly believe in standing up for the things that matter to you in your business and I needed to do that in mine.
Lauren is someone I deeply admire for what she’s doing with her podcast and community-The Real Female Entrepreneur if you haven’t listened in yet. She is always standing up for the things that are important to her. In doing that she has cultivated a community that is willing to also stand up for things that matter to them and I wanted to do the same in mine.
I was so honored to be able to discuss diversity and how we as a creatives can start the conversation within our own communities. I hope to keep this conversation going and help make our communities a place where everyone feels comfortable and included.
